LONG HOLIDAY: 10% discount for long stays (2 weeks at least).

Obligatoty supplements:

CLUB CARD (from 02/07 to 03/09): € 38.00 for person a week, € 20.00 for children between 4 and 10, free for babies between 0–3. Includes: shuttle service to the beach, sport activities, swimmng pools with water slides, Latin American dances, cabaret shows, soccer tournaments, soccer and beach-volley playground and, especially for kids, children play area, baby dance and miniclub.

FINAL CLEANING: € 40,00 for two-rooms, € 45,00 for three-rooms. The kitchenette must be clean when you leave the house or € 25.00 will be added.
CONSUMPTION FLAT RATE: € 35.00 for person a week, including water, lght and gas consumption, air conditioning, and bed linen. Free for children 0 – 3 years old.
CAUTION MONEY: € 100.00, to have back when leaving.

PETS: smal size pets admitted with an extra cost of € 60.00.
TOWELS: € 7.00 for a kit (including 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small size towel).
COT (0-4 years old): € 70,00 a week.
BIKE RENTAL: € 3,00 per hour or daily flate rate.
BEACH UMBRELLA (AND 2 DECKCHAIRS): Rates: June and September € 85.00; July € 100.00; August € 130.00. The “lido beach” is situated in Roca, 2.5 km far away. It can be reached by teh shuttle service or by car.
