Each holyday house is made up by one bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a living room with couch and equipped kitchenette. There is a little garden with external shower and a balcony (if at the first fllor).

Condominial swimming pool and tennis court. Large fee park area. Each house is equipped with refrigerator, kitchenette with gas-stoves, plates, pots and other cooking facilities, tv color, bath with shower, garden table and chairs. Linen included. Towels available on renting.

• Beach service: we can manage a spot in a beautiful beach in Roca, 2.5 km away from the house including car park, one umbrella and two deckchairs.
  The beach can be reached by shuttle from the close Rivazzurra Residence.
• Club Card (from 02/07/11 to 03/09/11): to enjoy the entartainement activities at the Rivazzurra residence. Including: sport activities, swimming pools with water slides, Latin American dances, cabaret shows, soccer tournaments, beach-volley playground and, especially for kids, children play area, baby dance and miniclub.

FINAL CLEANING: € 40.00. The kitchenette must be clean when you leave the house or € 25.00 will be added.
CONSUMPTION FLATE RATE: € 30.00 for person a week, including water and gas consumption and bed linen. Free for children 0 – 3 years old.
CAUTION MONEY: € 100.00, to have back when leaving.

CLUB CARD (from 2/07 to 3/09): at Rivazzurra Residence. € 38.00 for person a week, € 20.00 for childrem between 4 and 10, free for babies between 0 – 3 anni.

TOWELS RENTING: € 7.00 for a kit (including 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small size towel).
BEACH SERVICE ( PLUS 2 DECKCHAIRS): Prices: June and September € 85.00; July € 100.00; August € 130.00. The “lido” is situated in Roca, 2.5 km far away.
